Cliff and Brittney Family First Sunday Update

August was beautiful! Anabrie got to go to her first Girls Camp
and had a blast. She came home after the fireside on Friday
so that we could drive to Oregon for a week of camping.
Cliff, Julie, Isaac, Emily, and Gideon went with his brother
John's family on Friday morning to Tillamook for a factory tour
and down to Newport Beach. Anabrie, Daniel, Ephraim and I
met them there Saturday.

Monday we met Cliff's parents at Crater Lake National Park
and it was very smoky from wildfires but an amazing view even so!
Then we spent 2 days at Silver Falls, OR and half the party got to swim
in a waterfall and we all got to walk behind 2 others.

I ended up with hives all over my arms and face for about a week
afterwards and it was pretty miserable...

Last month we also went to the fair, spent time at the lake
with family and friends, fed the missionaries, and Cliff attended
the temple with one of his former Young Men.
It ended up really smoky up here for
about a week too :-( But it's back to beautiful.

Cliff ended up in Utah TWICE in August but they were such
crazy short trips for business or funerals that he didn't get to visit :-(
I'm glad he got to briefly see Parley and Heather
and GG Parker and aunt Christi.

We just finished signing up for our Tuesday classes for the kids
and they are all excited to start
their new year of school. (We start tomorrow!)
