We have been enjoying baby Krystal, she was born on a 13th. She came out petite & perfect, weighing 7lbs 11.8 oz, 19 1/4" long, with lots of dark brown hair like her Grandma Parker, and Levi-blue eyes. She is very active and alert, and is very patient while everyone takes their turn to hold her. She is also very smart and knows her mom. Mom is healing from the C-section quickly too. We were very blessed to have my body clamp down without complications.We had a lovely baby shower last Saturday, given by the Relief Society. They had a darling three tiered "diaper cake", with the diapers rolled and tied with ribbons and then arranged into cake layers and tied with big pink ribbons. Then topped with a teddy bear. Aubrie enjoyed helping mom open the presents and ooh and ahh over all the cute baby clothes.
which is another 13th of the month. Jared will be set apart as a full time missionary for the Roseville California Mission by the Stake President. Then like two ships that pass in the night, Jared will fly out to Utah this Saturday, and enter the MTC, that same day Jacob will be leaving his mission in the Philippines to fly home.
What a lot of amazing things happening this Fall for us to be Thankful for!
